I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, making it one of the best breakfasts I've had. The location was perfect, close to all the important sights without being in the middle of the noisiest sections. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near Trinidade station, offering easy transportation to and from the airport.

The beds were great and super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep during our Christmas stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The location was perfect, being close to public transportation and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit.

The room temperature control was a bit frustrating. The heating and cooling system seemed to be set on a common setup and we were unable to adjust the radiators or aircon.

The location is perfect, close to all the attractions in the city. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but still really close to the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful, giving great tips for exploring the city.

It would have been nice to have a bar service in the building, as well as a few more amenities like a fridge in the room and hangers in the bathroom.

The boutique hotel's design is brilliant, with smart features like coded entry and Alexa music. They provided a comfy cot and baby bath for our 4-month-old. Convenient location for exploring, close to restaurants and train station. Room was stunning with a huge shower and Ritual products. Breakfast in the bright conservatory was wonderful, with a great variety of food. Staff were responsive and helpful through WhatsApp.

The service was impeccable, with friendly staff available at all times to assist us. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. We were delighted with the variety of amenities provided, from the ironing facilities to the plush bedding. The spacious rooms had a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the garden view. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience.
